Litigation & Dispute Resolution in GST for MSMEs

On 6th September 2025 Indian Chamber of Commerce organised a session on " Litigation & Dispute Resolution in GST for MSMEs in Lemon Tree hotel at 4pm.

Smt Yamini Sarangi IAS , Commissioner CT & GST Odisha was the Chief Guest, Smt Jharashree Khuntia OFS (SSG) , Special Commissioner CT & GST was the Special Guest , Hony Secretary UCCIL Dr Sanjeev Mahapatra was also one of the Special Guest who threw light on GST Reforms vis a vis MSME ENTREPRENEURS. The meeting was chaired by CA Rajiv Sekhar Sahoo Chairman Indian Chamber of Commerce, Odisha State Council

The keynote speaker was FCA Vishal Poddar from ASHVA Legal, Pune and CA Kshitish Ch Patra Co Convenor , Finance and Taxation Committee, ICC Odisha State council gave the concluding Remarks
